Do you offer exchanges?
We offer pre-approved exchanges for size and fit only, subject to availability. If you need to do an exchange, please send us an email. You ship it back to us at your cost and we ship it back to you at our cost.
What is your return policy?
All products shipped back will be inspected to see if they qualify for a return.
But... prevention is key!! Make sure you read our sizing chart at purchase; each model has its own size chart listed below "Add to cart".
We suggest trying on the shoes indoors on a clean surface to make sure they fit and are to your liking before deciding to keep them and wear them outside. By “trying on” we mean trying on the shoes for size and feel for a very short time; walking around with the shoes for any length of time, even on a clean surface, will begin to shape the leather around your feet making the shoes no longer sellable.
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 15 days once the order has been delivered. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. A refund will be initiated upon receipt and will be credited to the form of payment used within 7 to 15 business days. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sold at a reduced/discounted/sale price of 50% or more are not refunded including orders purchased with promo codes, coupon codes, promotional codes provided in our newsletter email, website pop-up or any other promotional incentives exceeding a 50% discount.
Products damaged by the customer or worn by any length of time will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Returns without prior approval or beyond the deadline will be charged a processing fee of $25, which will be deducted from the refund.
